Oz became interested in photography at an early age, starting with a 35mm film camera. He attended basic and advanced photography classes in high school and shot through the years but really picked it back up in the Army as the team photographer during combat patrols and actions. Here on Okinawa you can find him capturing memories for families, an avid portraiture fan since 2009.
Oz has continued to learn through the years, attended hundreds of hours of online classes and workshops. Locally on Okinawa he has trained 50+ students on various photography topics ranging from basic to advanced lighting techniques in 10 various workshops.
In addition to helping others with their photography aspirations, Oz has won multiple awards in annual Army digital photography contests.
We hope you enjoy his class as much as others have!
